Gregg Kelly, Director & Co-founder

Co-designer of the innovative Fastmount Panel Mounting System in 2004. Gregg has over 25 years’ experience as a qualified boat builder, in both production and custom boat building. Establishing his own company to manufacture and install panels into New Zealand's top super yacht yards, then leading into architectural – residential and commercial panel installation.

His comprehensive understanding of the panel mounting needs and performance standards of the marine and architectural industry were instrumental in the winning design and exceptional performance of the Fastmount system. Gregg is committed to innovation, through functional design, as seen with the expanded Fastmount product range.

His boating background includes building and sailing the family yacht back from Papua New Guinea. Gregg lives at Muriwai Beach west of Auckland, overlooking the famous gannet colony. His passions are his family, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, golf and being a Kiwi.

Ron Hanley, Director & Co-founder

Co-designer of the multi award winning Fastmount system. Ron has over 35 years in product design specialising in the building and marine hardware sector. Ron trained as a mechanical engineer, and works with local and international clients.

Combining Ron's technical design and engineering capabilities and Gregg's industry experience and expertise brings together the perfect match. They wanted to provide a very different solution to the market, an innovative solution for panel mounting with removal and replacement functionality far superior to anything else.

Ron lives at Muriwai beach on Auckland's West Coast and enjoys the Kiwi lifestyle, which includes land yachting on the beach, windsurfing, sailing and boating on the Hauraki Gulf.

Maggie Kelly, Sales Manager

Maggie has over 15 years’ experience in the architectural and interior design sector working in sales, management and consultancy roles. She has worked with many of the top architects and interior designers in New Zealand. She is passionate about working with customers and building a long term business partnerships.

Maggie lives at Muriwai Beach, west of Auckland. It is a popular surf beach famous for it's fine black volcanic sand and huge surf. Her passions are her family, running, mountain biking, windsurfing, pilates, overseas travel and being a Kiwi.

Joss Hong, Marketing Manager

Joss over 20 years experience in market research, marketing and marketing communications in FMCG, retail, advertising, agricultural and Marine industries worldwide. She is passionate about being customer focussed and providing a consistent experience with the Fastmount brand.
