  • There are a range of Fastmount clips to suit your needs. This depends on your preferred working methods, application and desired pull-out weight. Download the product sheet from Products and Clip Selection Guide. We are happy to recommend the system to best meet your needs.   • Yes: You require components CP02 centre points and the CT09 Forstner drill. This will allow you to align panels with holes in deck head (grounds).
  • Yes: Wall panels, bolsters, and external ceiling panels, seating, headboards and inspection hatches. The options are limitless. Click on enquiry to email us or call us if you need advice.
  • Go to Trial Kits and complete the form including selecting a Trial Kit or Sample Panel. The Trial Kit CT-06T has everything you need to evaluate the standard Fastmount panel mounting system. You can choose from a range of CD A5 sample panels, installed with various Fastmount clips and a CD Rom with technical details and installation information. Click on enquiry for more assistance.
  • You can purchase from your nearest authorised Distributor. Our distributors can fulfil your order efficiently from their warehouse and can assist with any technical inquiries.   • Yes, for fibreglass you will need to use the CT13 drill bit which is custom designed for the properties of this material.
  • Male clips can be broken due to mishandling, please ensure male clips are not installed until the final fit. We recommend you regularly monitor the diameter of the female hole drilled out by the CT07. If it is less then 16.8mm, undue tension is applied to the female part of clip when screwed in place. This puts pressure on the male part of clip causing occasional breakages. NB do not use standard 16mm drill bits as these will cause breakages.
  • Please check clip alignment. If panels are fabric covered, check allowance has been made for the correct thickness of fabric on the edge of panels and check the 10mm drill hole is square to face.
